We picked up a dvd called "Happiest Baby on the Block" that was amazing. This dvd is as cheesy as it gets, but the techniques work wonders. You can skip all the stuff that is not specific teaching and demonstreations. That leaves only 10-12 minutes of real content. If you are having any trouble getting you r baby to stop crying at any point for the first few months, this dvd will change your perception of parenthood.
I do not know if it halps with collicy babies, though. rrh
